CD Musical Miracles

Hinterleithner is considered the inventor of the Lute Concert. His mystical and erotic musical fantasies are realised here with the flattering sound of the Baroque lute, combined with such royal instruments as the pardessus de viole and the viola da gamba. He combines a French lute style whose rhythms are actually highly reminiscent of jazz music with the cantabile Italian melodic arches of the stringed instruments.
